When My Pc starts up some times i get a Generic host Process Error for Win32
Services.

The Error Sig is

szAppName = svchost.exe
szAppVer = 5.1.2600.2180
szModName = ntdll.dll
szModVer = 5.1.2600.2180
Offset = 00018fea

Now i get this error most of the time but if i restart 2-3 times it doesnt
come up and it works. but on the next restart it pops up at start up again.

it disables the sound and the internet sometimes. i have got the
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/894391/en-us  patch and i still get errors.

i also know its not a virus as i have tryed a lot of virus software and that
hasnt picked up any of it

I started having the same problem 3-4 days ago but it doesn't go away with
restarts.  I also tried the hotfix from Microsoft and ran antivirus and
spyware removal software and did not resolve the problem.  I did a system
restore to about 2 weeks ago when I was 100% sure I was not having the
problem and that did not help either.  I have also noticed it takes 4-5
minutes after startup before I can access any programs under my start menu.
Any help with this problem would ge greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
