When you installed the program(s), if you chose to "Install for all
users", you will merely need to add the icons to your wife's Start
Menu. Do this by right-clicking on the Start button and choosing
Explore All Users. You'll get the familiar two-paned Explorer window
which will allow you to right-click/drag/copy icons from your Start
Menu to your wife's Start menu. The icons are just shortcuts.

If you installed the program(s) and were given the choice to install for
all users and chose "no", you'll need to install those programs in your
wife's account. This is very rare and probably not your case. Probably
you just need to copy the icons.
