publishing files

where does the file go once you publish it to the web?  it shows 'msn
groups', but I can't locate...

I'm not sure what program you're using to do this, but when you publish
a webpage you have to have a website on which to publish it. The "MSN
groups" are probably just some default but I can't be sure since you
haven't really told us what you're doing.

Do you have your own website? If not, you are probably publishing to
nowhere.
