how can I get the  blank page out. every time I open the exploree I get a

In the meantime, do the normal troubleshooting for virus/malware:

If the procedures look too difficult - and there is no shame in
admitting this - take the machine to a professional computer repair
shop (not your local version of BigStoreUSA).

You can change the blank page with your favorite one.

Open Internet Explorer - click Tools - Internet Options - on the General Tab
under Home Page type the address of your favorite page like www.microsoft.com.

If the OP's computer is infested with malware, he will not be able to
change his homepage. There could be many reasons for his problem but we
have no information about his system.
