When I click on "Help and Support", I get pop-up mesage that "helpctr.exe
cnnot be found . . ." .  Search form the file finds nothing.  I went to
www.microsoft.com and a KB there said that it might be Reistry.  So I went to
the registry location suggested
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/App Paths) to
see if I could fix it there.  It was not there either.

Can this be downloaded and isntalled or have I got a bad install of the
entire system?
