I came back from vacation to find a whole weeks worth of internet history
deleted.  Is there anyway I can access what was so urgently deleted in my
absence? I think there is a way, but I am not very computer savvy.

Thanks for your help!!!!

How many days do you have it set for?
Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>History
With the limited info you provided, you have to contact your
ISP (Internet Service Provider).
