Corrupted URLs & start page

I recently was infected by spyware/malware that corruped a couple of URLs
that I use daily, including my windows start page. I cleaned and removed the
spyware/malware, but when I try to go back to those sites, I'm still
redirected to the corrupted sites.

How do I fix this?

Empty your browser cache. Do some computer maintenance. See the
