There isn't one natively, but you can create it easily enough.
1. Open My Computer (or any other file explorer window).
2. Right-click on My Documents and drag to the desktop.
3. When you release the mouse button, you'll see a menu. Select
"Create Shortcuts [sic] here."
4. Right-click on the new shortcut and select Properties.
5. Fill in the Shortcut Key and click OK.
If you don't want this on your desktop, move it to a subfolder under
your start menu.

Stan,
Thanks. It worked.
When I hit the hotkey for My Documents, it opened up.
But the subfolders and files appear as icons.
How can I make those in "list" as default?
