When I click the Start button then the Owner box appears, there is nothing on
the Left hand side of the box.  If I right click there the word properties
comes up and if I click on that I get the error, "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.  Please contact
your system administrator."  There is no system administrator that I know of.
This is a home computer. This also happens if I right click on the taskbar
and click on properties.  I have tried to enter the GPEDIT.MSC but cannot get
there.  I don't know how to use regedit, either. I am not very computer
literate.  If someone can assist, I would be extremely greatful.  (BTW-In
