Here is an introduction to Google --- http://www.google.com/

Learn to use it. It will answer many of your questions. And in regards
to Visual C++ Runtime Library Errors, about 600 entries from:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Microsoft+Visual+C%2B%2B+Runtime+Library
+Error%22&btnG=Google+Search

I could not get any info from the above 600 entries.

I run a program called @Backup. Press Backup, to see my files. I get a message :" The parameter is incorrect". I
press OK. I get another error, OnLineBackup.shl.

Run Control Panel. "Resources not available". Press OK. Then I can see the Control Panel.

A "runtime error" implies a programming fault or a compilation fault,
sometimes related to using an out-dated version of an application. The
error message OnLineBackup.shl appears to be related to @Backup. Does
your computer system meet the minimum requirements for using @Backup?
Best to contact support at @Backup. This is not a Windows XP issue.
