web page width is to big and does not fit monitor screen and each web site i
bring up does the same thing.Please help me???

Hello,

The designer of the website intended his visitors to view the pages using a
higher resolution.

Increase your desktop resolution - the minimum acceptable for now is 1024 x
768. Start > Control Panel > Display > Settings > Screen Resolution.

Simply L.click & hold when the pointer double arrows,then drag to desired
width,do for all 4 sides....

Write to the clueless Webmasters and complain. There is no excuse for
making a fixed-width design, outside of a few special cases.
