Be smart. Use a different computer.

You can use CCleaner to remove cookies and temporary files but a
determined and fairly skilled opponent will still know where you've been.

Unfortunately I dont have access to another computer. I hadn't thought about
that, but that would have been a GREAT idea! To bad I am held captive while my
stitches heal, he wont even allow me to go to mailbox , cuz he's afraid
someone will realise one person can't get in to THAT mant car accidents.
I have been to domestic violence center, and we have worked out a plan to
get me out safetly, You see my husband owns 18 tire stores and is from NC(all
his life), i am from Naw Lynns( thats New Orleans if yer a tourist,ROFL).
Cause he is SO wealthy a influencial in this stats ,even has NC senator as
his attorney, most everyone is scared of him and his power/$, it has been
like pulling eye teeth to get help to get ANY HELP period.

Anyway, will this C-cleaner make my history more difficult to trace my
activities ? will it take of that drop down menu from the address bar? And
where is is going in the start menu that is telling him where i have veiwed
/clicked on?
How do I get C-cleaner, can I get it from home w/ little $.
PLEASE SAY YES!!!
I am SO grateful to you for helping me, I know you have much better things
to do than deal w/ a PC novice like myself!
But I want you to know that you are helping me w/ far more than a PC ?, you
are helping me get my LIFE BACK!
And for that I send you my most heart felt APPRECIATION!
Please let me know what I can do for you!
You are a BLESSING!!!!

Shenan has told you where to get CCleaner. I would not rely on it to
protect you. Have the domestic violence center get you out now. If what
you say is true then what you have just posted is publicly available
from the Google Groups archive and a simple data recovery program will
reveal everything that CCleaner hid. A skilled data forensics
professional is not even needed.

Be smart. There is no safe technical solution.

Good luck,

I am getting out TODAY! Had to wait till he left for work! I am embarking on
my New LIFE.
Please let me know where I might send you a Thank you gift.
Don't know if you are into art or not but I have been secretly starting a
biz importing and reselling Molas , and oriental pieces.
The mola's are made by the Kuna indians of So. America, and have great
meaning, as well helping them make a better life for themselves.
I just got an e-bay site, and also started a site utilising Godaddy.
Now comes the hard part. designing a website.

The molas have many different themes, so if you give me an idea of what your
interest are , or someone you loves interest, I would VERY much like to send
you a token of my appreciation , for your IMMEDIATE assistance, and advise.
My website is molabazaar.com, my personal e-mail is tampunzel@yahoo.com.

Please allow Me to do something for you!

Sincerely ,
Tamara Briggs

Did you read what I wrote? You have no reason to be happy, particularly
since you just posted your unmunged email address on Usenet.

I'm done with this thread but you should re-read my warnings to you and
not think you are protected.

Why are you posting your email address if you are hiding ? That is one thing that you should not do.

Go to the library and use their computers.
Harry Ohrn - 01 Aug 2007 00:30 GMT
The answer is very simple. Quit using the computer and put your energy into
planning your escape. You don't need to use the internet to do that. People
have been leaving abusive spouses for years before computers were invented.
Remember that if you stick around he will find reasons to abuse you.
