When I couldnt find my Paint program on my windows xp pc I downloaded it from
the microsoft site. But the help file for this program is missing! I don't
have my installation cd anymore, any ideas how I can get the help file? It's
definately not anywhere on my computer.

Yes, it's the same program we had before. I was given the link to download it
by someone on the microsoft forum.

I've uploaded it here for you:

It belongs in %windir%/Help.

MS Paint should be installed from the add/remove Windows Components (Control
Panel - Add/Remove Programs) NOT from a website.
