Please send the exact error message and does this behaviour occur with all
websites or just the secure log in sites?.
Do you have an up2date Virus scanner and Anti-malware application, scan for
malware and vorises.

Hi,
Try to Remove this entry from the Start Up programs, how?.
AutoRuns for Windows v8.73
<http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/Autoruns.mspx>
locate this Key:
[-]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run = in the
Right pane/window locate the entry and Remove it.
Also on this:
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run = in the
Right pane/window locate the entry and Remove it.

Run Disk Clean up and Defrag in Safe Mode.
HTH.
