What kind of camera are you installing ? Do you have XP Service Pack 2
installed? If you do not, you should install this asap. The windows service
packs contain alot of the system files and may contain usbcone.sys so when
you install it you may be fixing your problem.
if you right click on the My Computer icon, click properties. this will tell
you how much memory you have and if you have service pack 2.

Hi,
Yes it should find the file you need, but depending on how many disk you
have you may have to insert several before it finds the file.

It's prompting for the XP CD but the file is actually on the CD that
came with the webcam, so put that CD in. You may have to click the
Browse button and look through the different folders on the CD drive
till the folder with the file is located.

There should be an icon, possibly in the Notification area (Tray area)
that you can use to change settings. Also try Samsung Support.
