Windows XP is not in the line of products that stem from the Windows 9X/ME
line.  It is from the Windows NT/2000 line.

Do you mean "Control Panel" in Windows XP?

Don't know if it shows up in the fluffy Fisher-Price interface for
Windows XP (that's the first thing that I disable after install
Windows XP).  In the classic Start menu, there is still a Settings
entry.  To get the classic Start menu, right-click on the Windows
taskbar, Properties, Start Menu tab, select to use the classic menu.
