What can i do? My location is Bangladesh and the phone activitation number
is not working (+65-324-8098)

You should have 30 days to get your network going. Then activate.

Have you re-installed your network adapter's device drivers?

yes everything is working perfect. um using the net from that pc but still
when i try to activate the product, it fails to get connected. the network
adapter is conf. perfectly and working. wat can i do?

So you actually are presented with the phone activation number? That's a
good start; there is a circumstance where that isn't displayed and you
simply can't activate. I that circumstance the only option is to wipe the
install and start over.
I would suggest that you should contact MS customer service for a correct
phone number.
