This is really not a Windows XP issue. :-(

Not only that - you seem to be comparing audio only formats to audio/video,
etc.

Perhaps you should do some research on your own and then come back (or find
a more suitable place) to ask specific questions about formats - for you
should at least know the difference between audio, video, combination
capable formats in order to understand what *you* even are asking. ;-)
