Hi
When I click Help & support under the start menu,
nothing happens. When I go into control panel admin.
tools and try to enable or start it, I says: Services
Could not start Help & Support on local computer.
Error:126 the specified module could nor be found.
Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix this?
Please email JT at jtzito2001@aol.com   Thanks. JTZ

Hi there JTZ

Apply patch, download from here : http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/helpsvc.re
Usage: Double-click to install and click Yes when prompted

And the patch#2
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/helpsvcrestore.re
Usage: Double-click to install and click Yes when prompted

Also, check if the Help and support service is running

1. Click Start,  Run and type SERVICES.MSC and click Ok
2. Right-click the Help and Support service and then click Properties.
3. On the General tab, in the Startup type box, click Automatic and click Star
4. Click OK and close the "Services" window.
