I have a dsl system and cannot get internet explorer to work. When I click on it the window says Internet explorer has encountered a problem and has to close. I have tried all my support options including talking to bell south for two hours. Sombody please help Search your hard drive for files ending in .htm or .html - these files are created in Hypertext Markup Language, which is the language used to create web pages on the Internet. Double-click on any of these files. If Internet Explorer opens without a hitch, then the problem is in your DSL setup.
