This morning my computer was working fine and as usual before leaving for a
few hours I closed the cover to habernate.
When I came to restart I reopened the cover and the computer did not restar
as usual instead it stayed black, I moved the mouse to activate but nothing
happened so I held the start button for a few seconds to shut down and then
after a few seconds I restarted and the resume screen came on for a few
seconds and all of a sudden I got a full blue screen with an announcement
"fatal system error C000021a".
I then restared in safe mode and tried to restore and it did restore two the
last check point but when I tried to restart in normal mode I get a blank
screen and the C drive does not seem to be working.
Can anyaone help me restart the computer in normal mode
I am now doing this message while on safe mode.
Thanks
