Hi,
I have a laptop that runs Windows XP SP2. It now restarts instead of
shutting down and the Hibernate and Stand By optoins can no longer be
selected. I have disabled the Autostart after failure option and now get the
following message:
***STOP: 0x0000007E (0x0000005, 0xF78999B0, 0xF79909B4, 0xF79906B0)
***kbdclass.sys ADDRESS f78999B0 base at F7899000 date stamp 41107b08
Does any body know what any of that means and if so, how to remedy it. Your
help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers... Gillo.

Thank you Gerry. Uninstalled Logitech software and problem has now gone. You
are indeed a god. Many thanks and happy new year to you.
