any control panel such as add/delete program sget
RUNDLL (window)
An exception occurred while trying to run shell32.dll, CONTROL RUNDLL
"C:\winnt\system\appwiz.cpl Add or Remove Programs"

HELP. Is this system really f**ked and I should re-load windows?

If possible, try copying the file of another computer to where the current
one is located.
