I checked my system config, and find something there, that has never been
there before, and when I take out the check mark and reboot, it is still
there, don't know how to get it off my computer.
There is 5 little squares     a space and then  5 more little squares and it
says software\microsoft\windows nt\current versio...

You might not have anything to worry about. That kind of silliness is often
the result of software that doesn't uninstall cleanly. If you recently
uninstalled software, reinstall it (reboot) then uninstall it again
(reboot). That will probably take care of your problem.

If you can't do that, you'll have to edit the registry. When editing the
registry BE CAREFUL. Create a restore point before you start. If you're not
comfortable with editing the registry, don't even try this:

Navigate to these registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and find the subkey that contains the item in question. Delete that subkey,
close the Registry Editor and reboot.

If that doesn't remove the item, it's time to worry about viruses and
spyware.
