AMD 64 3500+
1GB RAM
256 7800 GTX
ASUS A8N SLI DLX

All of a sudden XP is slow to load all my programs even the task bar, i've
done a spyware scan using spybot and a virus scan using zonealarm, deleted
all the junk off my HDD and a defrag and still i'm finding the same
problems. I've got IE7, which now for some reason creates a violation
exception error after exiting but not all the time. PLS HELP
