svchost.exe has 100% cpu usage

The process svchost.exe has CPU usage of 100% all the time! Have tried
Spybot, Ad aware, and a repair install. If it is ended, it starts back up
again. Any suggestions?

The problem was that there was  DNS client in the services, so disabling
that solved it.
