You may need to reinstall your anti-virus software.

HI Patrick, thanks for reply but unfortunately it did not work. i have
disinstalled and reinstalled CA antivirus. ultimately i have noticed that
when i open an email from my www.hotmail.com account, the systm gives me a
message saying" internet has encountered a problem and needs to close." this
is a real nuisance. i have already installed a brand new explorer 7.0 beta to
try to by pass the problem, it did not work either.
Please Please help.
