Hi, How to display concurrently Hibernation, Stand by, Turn Off, and Reset in the Shut Down pop up (Start->Turn Off). I already checked Unable Hibernation in Power Options. However, it requests to hold Shift key to change Stand by into Hibernation during click on. Thanks a lot. You have to disable Welcome Screen for that.(The screen where accounts are displayed) To do that: 1. Open User Accounts [Control pAnel > User Accounts] 2. Click "Change the Way Users Log off or on" 3.
