My Laptop shown an error after I type my password

Please, I would appreciate very much if you can help me. My Laptop when I
turn on and after the Windows shown requesting my password and I type my
password and I  click OK, came on the screen : came to the screen the word:
error . Once shown the notice: Error the machime don't open the Windows XP. I
turn off and wait 4 minutes and them I turn on and come the windows
requesting the password and I type it, and once I click Ok, came again the
notice: ERROR. And after this happen the PC don't continue working and they
don't give you any other choice. Please can you help me?.

Try logging on in Safe Mode as Administrator.

How to log on to Windows XP if you forget your password or your password
expires

Once you get in remember to run anti-spyware and anti-virus programmes.
