Print Spooler still not working!

I tried the services.msc but then I got an error message 1068 Could not start
Print Spooler on local computer.  I still can't install any printers and am
stuck!@

Install xp cd,exit the menu page,go to run,type:cmd  In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow
When its thru,type:CHKDSK C: /F  Agree,type:EXIT  Remove xp cd,restart pc..

Error 1068 "The dependency service or group failed to start" when starting
the Spooler Service:
