I've tried to add the /3GB switch to the bootini file, but the computer does not start then. Also tried to add /PAE wich works, but when adding 3GB system does not start. CPU is an Intel P4. Anyone has a clue? Have you checked the motherboard manual about whether it can handle 4GB of RAM?
