I cannot get anything to install. The program i try to install for a short
time then i get a message saying to INSERT THE DISK. It tells me to insert
the disk that is already in. I have two drives and it happens in both of
them.  I ran the installer fix and have the current installer. I need help
here, as i cannot load software.

Windows XP Home
512 mb ram
IE 7

Thier is no "installer fix" for the current windows installer v3.1
Also,before you retry an installation,go to run,type:services.msc
In msc, scroll to installer, start the service.

I tried what you said and still keeps asking me to insert the disk. Any other
suggestions? Thank You
