I need to upgrade several win2Kpro machines to XPpro to bring them in line
with the rest of our equipment.  All others were purchased as XP machines.  I
have purchased the upgrade licenses with sp2.  Is there anything that I
should know before I go into this full speed?  I noticed on one test machine
that after the upgrade desktop url shortcuts did not work.  Also, there was
no windows folder, does the upgrade install into the winnt forlder?  There is
alot of customization on each machine so I would rather not do a fresh
install if I don't have to (although I know that is the best way to go).

Thanks for any help or advice anyone can offer!
