My Outlook is keen on crashing. If come her efor advice and have used
scanpst.exe as advised, but still, sometimes it crashes, or takes ages to do
simple tasks. For instance: when I receive an email and open it, if I click
with the right button on it (to add it to the address book) it simply
crashes! I have a rather big pst file, but is this an excuse? Any help will
be great.

Try the Outlook Newsgroup but also include what version you are using and your operating
system and any other relevant information.
The more information, the more likely you will receive assistance.
