pop up says, Cannot use MSN to Log on

When I click my user name to sign in to MSN, I get a pop up that says,
Cannot use MSN to Log on. I do get to go online, but it takes a long time.
Can you tell me how to fix this so I dont get this pop up all the time. thank
you,

I have been scanning my computer with these scanners, Webroot Spy Sweeper,
McAfee virus scan, Spy bot Search and Destroy, and Adaware. And I still have
the same problem. Is there a different scanner that I need to use. I dont
understand what you mean by this,(You cannot connect to an MSN POP3 server
from Outlook 2002 after you upgrade
