through my display appear a white line, at power on. i tray change resolution, and display settings VGA, power settings, is there some one how can help me please in this matter? notbook sony vaio windows XP sp2 If this happens immediately after you power on your laptop, I'd say it's hardware problem. If this happens while working in Windows, you probably have a driver issue. I recommend you to download the latest drivers from Sony web site. Have a professional look at it. If it appears throughout the turn-on/boot/run cycle, then I'd say that is the trouble. GP |
