Is there anyway to edit each user's HKEYcurrentuser registry without having
to log into there account and make there account hold admin priv. The reason
I'm asking is my son had a bunch of programs starting on just his account so
I checked his reg files and he had some programs set in his run. etc
folders. So I made his account admin and did some editing but by doing that I
guess I gave spyware permission to write to the reg files too.So I spend
about week tring to get rid of that.I'm sure it can be done without leaving
the admin account but I cant find anywhere.Any help appreciated.

Yes - you log in as an administrative level account and in Regedit, look
into "load hive" and point to the other accounts' ntuser.dat file in their
profile directory.  It's easier if you reboot and logon as just the
administrative user right before doing this *and* do not forget to unload
when you are done editing.  Follow that with a reboot for good measure
before loggin on as the regular user for testing.
