I am looking for a freeware utility that I can use to gauge the performace
of a pc before and after a cleanup. This needs to be related to application
performance.

I am also looking for a freeware load testing utility to test pcs after
hardware repairs have been done.I need something that can run for a
scheduled amount of time.

There's this new thing...it's called 'the web'...you search on it and
find things...you ought to try it.
