My computer has become excrusiatingly slow to open new pages.  The second
problem is that if I have more than one window open, if I close any one of
them, I am disconnected from the internet.  I have had techs at ATT, HP, and
Microsoft give me all their instructions, some have remotely accessed my
computer (and made things worse), and I have printed out and followed all
instructions that I can find online.

I am not a computer savvy person, but please HELP!!

Your next step should be to show your computer to a professional
technician. You're in over your head. Do it now: If your computer is
infected you want to fix that ASAP.
