How can I change the scrolling that the service pack changed. It is making
me dizzy. It looks as if everthing is in a puddle.

SP3 did not change the"scrolling"
SP3 is a SERVICE pack and NOT an XP upgrade.
It does NOT change how fast the scroll speed is.
