There's a user profile folder - Documents and Settings > UserName >
Application Data etc etc, the whole 100 yards. This profile belongs to a user
who no longer works for us. His profile is about 6GB in size. I want to get
remove his profile from this system.

But I can't see his profile listed under System Properties > User Profiles.
Even DELPROF.EXE did not find it. What is the best way in this case to remove
this unused profile? I have admin rights to the machine in question.

Thank you all.

If the account has been removed from the domain (or local database)  and the
profile is no longer listed under System, then I would use deltree to remove
it. Or, just use Explorer with shift-delete to avoid it being sent to the
recycle-bin.
