Need help saving a JPG

When I right click on an image, such as clipart to save
it.. my computer will only allow me to save it as BMP.. I
dont get the option to save as GIF or JPG as the original
image is. How do I fix this problem??

i just rename (F2) bmp to jpg/gif.
have not had problem yet.
