I recently got a digital camera, Nikon 2100, and I installed the startup disk that came with it
I connected the cammera to my computer, Sony Vaio PCG-FRV26, and it says USB Device Not Recognized.
I don't know what to do. I tried several things but none were successful. I dont know to much about computers and digital cameras.
Can anyone help me
Thank

Check the Nikon website for updated drivers.

Check that disk again and make sure you did not just install the
applications and not the driver.  Check your user manual or quick start
guide and see how that installation should be done, especially when the
camera is to be connected the first time during the installation of
drivers.
