How do I print multiples of the same picture for example
a whole page of wallet size of one picture?

You can use the Photo Printing Wizard to print a page of Wallet size.
Launch the Photo Printing Wizard in Programs | Accessories then choose
Wallet size in the Layout section.

In Windows Explorer...right click the image and select PRINT...follow the
on-screen instructions
