I also had this problem, and went to the link to see if I
could fix the problem. I tried both suggestions -- the
ART file extension disappeared, leaving me with only
bmp... I used to be able to save in jpeg, but it's not an
option now. Any other ideas?

I have the same problem. Trying to save a jpg attachment
from hotmail but it only allows me to save as bitmap.
