i can't print out picture's of 4x6 or 8x10 do i put my hp
photo printer to factory setting's or default setting's
please help me with this matter thank you cheryl

What HP printer model do you have?

Try Factory default settings this will usually solve some printing problems
on the HP printers I work on.
