How do I change the default viewer, when clicking on a thumbnail.  I want the
Windows viewer to come up, not the one that comes up.  Thanks!

Right click on a photo.
Click on Open with on the opening menu
Click on Choose program on the opening list
A new list will open, click on the viewer you want and check the box
"Always..."

There was no new list when I chose the Windows viewer.  Only the viewer came
up.  There was no place to change this to the default.

Just in case.
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
This will take a second to run.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...

Now try again.
After you click on Open with, don't click on Window viewer on the list.
Click on Choose program. A new list will open, then click on Window viewer
and check the box "Always...".

If this does not work.
Click on Tools on the top bar.
Click on Folder options.
Click on the tab File Types
Scroll down to JPG files
Click on the Change button
Select Window viewer on the list
