Resize Email Pictures

I tried the suggestion the Danleigh suggested ... REGSVR#@ SHIMGVW.DLL and
windows came with the OK.. but the resize still does not work.. It says it
will resize, but does not open a new Email and the foto just never appears
anywhere.. Any Suggestions ??

I cannot guarantee it, but the following method
may work:

"How do I make OE my default mail client?"

Go to...Start / Run...and enter the following:

>"C:\PROGRAM FILES\OUTLOOK EXPRESS\MSIMN.EXE" /reg<
(copy paste *everything* between the > < but not including the > <)
(But first...Check the path to msimn.exe to make sure it is correct)

Click...OK...

Then open Internet Explorer and go to...Tools / Internet
Options / Programs tab...and set OE as the default mail
(and news) program.

Now try your...Right click / Send to / Mail recipient /
Make pictures smaller / OK...
