Windows Forum / Windows XP / Photos / January 2005Burning a VCD from a Photo Story 3 WMV file
is impossible. I saved the file in the format suggested the tried to burn with Nero and got just a title page. The DVD player plays VCDs my PC is running XP and I only have a CD Burner. Can anyone offer advise?  SignatureRon No it's not. I just dragged the wmv into nero and it made one. Really poor quality but it worked.
