How do I convert to JPG????

Help! I have a small pixel 67 x 100 pic that I need in pjg or gif format and
do not know how to do it. Can someone PLEASE help me? Thanks!

Please tell me how u did it as Ive got a 150 x 150 pixel photo that I need to
save as JPEG to enable me to download elsewhere and I can only save it on my
XP laptop as Bitmap(whatever that is!). Please HELP as its driving me mad.

Right click on the photo file.
Click on Open with on the opening menu.
Click on Paint on the opening list.
The photo will open in Paint.
Click on File and Save as.
You can keep the same name for the file or enter a new name.
Then for File type, select JPG and click OK.
You will now have your original Bitmap file and a new JPG file for it.

Thanku so much for ur help, I've at last done it!!! I was beginning to think
I was computer illiterate and it was very frustrating. I've only found this
site last week but will be using it again!! Thanks!!!

In Microsoft Photo Editor, you used to be able to open an image, clic
File, Save As, and under "save as type" you could select BMP, JPG, GIF
etc.  Now that I have upgraded to Office Picture Manager, the "save a
type" option is greyed out.  What happened?  Did Microsoft remove tha
feature?
